Kire Naumov

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Kire Naumov was born in 1971 in Skopje. Upon graduating from the Faculty of Economics at the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje at the Department of Business Economics, he began his career in the Agency for Transformation of Enterprises and Social Capital as an associate in the Finance and Control Sector. At the beginning of his career, he worked as an Assistant in the field of mathematics and statistics at the Faculty of Economics in Skopje, as an Advisor to the President of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia on economic issues, Advisor to the President of the Republic of Macedonia on economic issues, Director of the Intelligence Agency of the Republic of Macedonia, Chairman of the Board of Directors of an insurance brokerage company, additional Deputy Minister of Finance and Deputy Minister of Economy.

He has been involved in economic issues related to public debt and public finances as well as challenges in the private sector and public policies for more than 20 years. He has got more than 7 years of experience in advising public policymakers, he is an enthusiast who strives to contribute to a more efficient, transparent, and responsible public financial sector. He has been largely criticizing the public policies which result in unproductive spending and an increase of public debt, as well as the non-transparent public procedures in general.

A person who is constantly upgrading; reading is a special pleasure for him, and it is mostly topics from politics, public policies, history, and indicators of economic development that interest him the most.

 

As of 22.11.2019, Kire Naumov has been performing the duties of a Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Managing Board of the Development Bank of North Macedonia AD Skopje.

Faruk Ismaili

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Faruk Ismaili was born in 1976 in Tetovo. Upon graduating from the Faculty of Economics at the EGE University in Izmir, Turkey, he began his professional career in the Municipality of Tetovo as a local economic development coordinator. At the beginning of his career, he worked as a loan officer to legal entities in Stopanska Banka, as a Branch Manager in Ohridska Banka in Tetovo, and as a Regional Manager of the branches of Ohridska Banka in Tetovo and Gostivar. As of 16.12.2019, Faruk Ismaili has been performing the duties of a Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Managing Board of the Development Bank of North Macedonia AD Skopje.

Andriana Matlioska

PRESIDENT

Andriana Matlioska, PhD, is State Secretary at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of North Macedonia, with over a decade of professional experience in the field of public finance, banking, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.

She began her professional career at the Ministry of Finance in early 2015, where she held several key positions related to coordinating processes in the financial sector, monitoring the financial operations of public enterprises, commercial companies, and agencies, as well as budgetary processes and policy-making. During the period 2021 - 2024, she acted as Chief Compliance Officer and was simultaneously responsible for performing the functions of Data Protection Officer and FATCA Responsible Officer at one of the commercial banks in the country, where she was in charge of regulatory compliance, non-compliance risk management, and implementation of international financial standards. In 2024, she returned to the Ministry of Finance as Special Advisor to the Minister and was soon appointed State Secretary. 

Matlioska holds a PhD in Law with a specialization in business and labor law, a Master’s degree in Business Law, and a Specialist Certificate in Corporate Governance and Compliance, in line with the European Quality Assurance in Vocational Education and Training.

She is an active member of multiple national commissions and committees in the field of financial system and stability, anti-money laundering, public finance management, and anti-corruption. She has also participated in numerous international conferences and forums organized by the World Bank, IMF, OECD, and the European Union, contributing to the strengthening of financial governance and international cooperation.

By combining academic expertise with extensive practical experience in the financial sector, Andriana Matlioska, PhD, plays a major role in ensuring transparency and accountability while promoting sustainable financial development in the Republic of North Macedonia.

As of October 31, 2025, she has been performing the function of the President of the Supervisory Board of the Development Bank of North Macedonia AD Skopje.

Hristina Kelemen

MEMBER

Hristina Kelemen graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, where she also completed her postgraduate studies at the Institute of Economics. She began her professional career in 2002 in the private sector, and in 2008, she continued at the Prime Minister’s Office, working on economic policies as a State Advisor for Economic Affairs. As an executive member of the Board of Directors of AD Tutunski kombinat Prilep, she actively participated in corporate governance, strategic planning, and the implementation of development projects. At the same time, she held the position of Acting President of the Council for Advancement and Oversight of the Audit. Currently, she works as Advisor for financial issues at the Prime Minister’s Office.

As of October 14, 2025, she is a member of the Supervisory Board of the Development Bank of North Macedonia JSC Skopje.

Tanja Mihajlovska Dimitrievska

MEMBER

Tanja Mihajlovska Dimitrievska was born in 1981 in Skopje. After graduating from the Faculty of Economics at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, at the Department of Financial Management, she began her professional career at Ernst & Young – Skopje in the external audit department for banks and insurance companies. Since 2005, she has worked at ProCredit Bank, where she has served as Director of Internal Audit. For the past 10 years (from 2015 to present), she has been working as an expert and Global Director of Internal Audit at investment banks in London, United Kingdom, leading global teams and conducting audits in fields such as strategic change and transformation, corporate lending, private banking, and corporate culture. She is a Chartered Internal Auditor certified by the Institute of Internal Auditors in the United Kingdom (IIA UK, 2023) and holds a Board Readiness Programme certification (2025). Additionally, she is actively engaged as a leader/ambassador with Women on Boards Adria, a member of the European Women on Boards, and a former founder and board member of the Institute of Internal Auditors in North Macedonia.
